Rm100 Terms & Conditions – A Complete Guide to Using the Malaysian Platform

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and rm100 ("Platform", "We", "rm100"). These Terms govern your use of the rm100.my website, the mobile platform and all services we provide.

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the rm100 platform, you explicitly agree that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in their entirety;
• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are using the platform voluntarily and at your own risk;
• All information you provide during registration is truthful, accurate, and complete.

2 Membership Eligibility

The rm100 platform is exclusively for users who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the rm100 platform.
• Location: rm100 is intended exclusively for users located in Malaysia. Access from other countries may be restricted.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Malaysian law.
• Non-rm100 Staff: Employees, contractors and immediate family members of rm100 staff are not eligible to register as regular members.

3 Registration & Account Management

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account at rm100 at any time. Owning multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.

• During registration, you are required to provide your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address.
• Rm100 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time by requesting a copy of your identification card (MyKad), bank statement, or other relevant documents.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account password. rm100 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.
• Each account is personal and may not be transferred to or shared with any other party.
• Players must ensure that all account information is current and accurate. rm100 reserves the right to suspend any account containing inaccurate or incomplete information until verification is complete.

4 Deposit & Payment Methods

Rm100 supports the following local Malaysian payment methods for deposits:

• FPX – Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Berhad & other major Malaysian banks
• Boost eWallet
• ShopeePay

The minimum deposit per transaction is RM10. Deposits will be credited to your rm100 account once payment has been successfully confirmed, typically within 1–3 minutes. rm100 does not charge any processing fees on deposits.

5 Withdrawal of Winnings

Players may withdraw winnings from their rm100 account subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum Withdrawal: Each withdrawal request is subject to a minimum of RM30.
• Identity Verification: rm100 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding RM1,000.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a Malaysian bank account held in the name of the registered player.
• Processing Time: Most withdrawals are processed in under 5 minutes. In certain cases requiring additional verification, processing may take up to 24 hours on business days.

• Wagering Requirement: Each bonus carries its own wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before the bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are typically between 10x and 35x the bonus value, and are clearly stated in the terms of each promotion.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have a set validity period. Any bonus not used within that period will expire automatically with no compensation.

8 Prohibited Player Conduct

All rm100 players are expected to conduct themselves in a responsible, honest and respectful manner. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's personal information;
• Fraudulent attempts, game manipulation, or exploitation of technical vulnerabilities;
• Money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity conducted through the rm100 platform;
• Using a credit card or payment method belonging to another person without authorisation;
• Sharing account credentials with any other person, including family members;
• Any form of threats, harassment, or offensive language directed at rm100 staff or other players.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Rm100 reserves the right to close or suspend any account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any terms set out in this document;
• Confirmed evidence that a player is under 18 years of age;
• Activity suspected of being linked to fraud or money laundering;
• A request by the player themselves to close their account;
• Account inactivity for 12 consecutive months with no login or transaction activity.

Any valid remaining balance (excluding bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player once the identity verification process is complete.

10 rm100 Liability Limits

Rm100 shall not be liable under any circumstances for:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the rm100 platform;
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance, internet outages, natural disasters or circumstances beyond rm100's control;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to keep your login credentials secure.

Under no circumstances shall rm100's maximum total liability to any player for any claim exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Amendments to Terms & Conditions

Rm100 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the rm100 platform.
